She was predeceased by: her parents, William Grover Smith and Tracy Simmons Smith; her daughter Becky Mayer; and her siblings, Henry Smith, Neda Moorefield, Jackie Chaffin, Jane Anderson, Ellis Gray Smith, Guy Smith, Kenneth Smith and Brock Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Beasley; her children, Debbie Beasley Kinley, Dave Beasley (Laurie), Sam Beasley (Lynn) and Brian Beasley (Jeana); her son-in-law Todd Mayer; and her sister Ruth Smith Watts. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 7 Great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Glenwood Presbyterian Church (1205 Glenwood Ave, Greensboro, NC 27403). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
