He is survived by: his friend Veronica McNeal of Greensboro; and his children, Akera Prashad of New York, Indira K. Prashad Morton of New York, Anwar K. Prashad of New York and Shamaika K. Prashad of Oregon.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Forbis & Dick Funeral Service - Guilford Chapel (5926 W Friendly Ave, Greensboro, NC 27410).
