He was predeceased by: his parent Vinh (Nguyen Kim Hoa); and his sister Thai. He is survived by: his child Duong Luang; his grandchild Thai Huu Hoang Nguyen; and his child Thai Huu Hung Nguyen.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hanes-Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel (6000 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Vietnamese Catholic Church (4112 Romaine St, Greensboro, NC 27407).
