He was predeceased by: his parents, John Murray Sr. and Ruth Dockery Murray; and his sister Ann Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Alison Barnett (Clifton) and Brian Murray; his grandsons, Aaron Barnett, Alex Barnett and Desmond Murray; and his sisters, Linda Murray and Betty Hale. He is also survived by his family, friends.
