She is survived by: her son Landen Blake; her parents, Deborah Blake and Michael Blake; her sister Michelle Kurtz (Austin); her niece Elizabeth; her nephew Waylon of Warwick, NY; her grandmother Cora Bolden; her uncles, Cliff Bolden, Roger H. Bolden and Addison Bolden; her pet Bella; her godparents, John and Tracey Blevins; and her god-sister Adrianna Blevins. She is also survived by several cousins; many great aunts and cousins.
