“JR is going to be missed. We were friends and worked together at NCA&TSU for a few years. He was a very good worker and very talented. If I needed someone to do something for me, JR could provide a person for me or tell me where to go. We enjoyed a friendship long after he departed from the university. Occasionally, I would go by his house to just say hello. May his spirit forever dwell in our memory and our hearts. Yes gone, but definitely will not be forgotten.
