He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Therrell and Carolyn Glenn Therrell of Charlotte. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Fishel Therrell; his daughter Ashley (Jayce) of Reidsville, NC; and his sister Betsy McDonald (Sam) of Greenville, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
