He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Perry and Jayne Perry; his wife Hazel H. Perry; his sons, Foster W. Perry and Richard H. Perry; his brother Robert F. Perry; and his half-siblings, Wilburn Perry and Judy Perry Wright.
He is survived by: his brother Henry Haskell Perry; his children, Marshall Perry Jr. (Cynthia), Janie Perry Ball and Pam Perry Bruce (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Kenneth Perry, Scott Perry, Elizabeth Ball Szamier, Ricky Jay Ball, Melissa Bruce and Kimberly Bruce. He is also survived by great grandchildren, (1) great great grandson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
