She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Myam Hodge and Lena Mabe Hodge; her husband Leonard C. Prestridge; and her son Mark Anthony Prestridge. She is survived by: her sons, Leonard "Duke" Prestridge, Jr. (Karen) of Waxhaw, NC, Michael Prestridge of San Diego, CA and Christopher Prestridge of Wilmington, NC; and her grandchildren, Ryan Prestridge (Catie), Samantha Schwartz (Patrick), Zachary Prestridge (Jenna), Luke Prestridge and Finn Prestridge. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Hanes Lineberry Funeral Home (6000 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
