He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Altamuro (Nancy) and Laura Lawrence (Billy); his brother-in-law Allen Bolen; his children, Marie Hartwell Ricarte, Michelle Powers (John) and Matthew Altamura (Shannon); his grandchildren, Alicia Matthews, Haley Matthews, Jackson Ricarte, Lucas Ricarte, Mackey Powers, Shane Powers, Rowan Altamura and Vivian Altamura; his great grandchildren, Roman Field, Rocco Roy, Zane Powers and Mara Powers; his nephew Marrick Lawrence; and his niece Bessie Lawrence.
