She is survived by: her children, Winfred L. Mings (Melissa) and Kimberly Woodard (Christopher); her grandsons, Brandon Mings (Britni), Noah Mings, Quentin Mings and Devin Ellington; her great grandchild Amirah Mings; and her siblings, Earl West, Jr., Carrie Meadows, Colean Buckson and Brenda Miller. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Community Mortuary (102 Marion Ave, Spartanburg, SC 29306). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Lewis Chapel Baptist Church (341 Lewis Chapel Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307). A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Lincoln Memorial Gardens (2256 Cannons Campground Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307).
