She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Atkins and Deanna King (Rick) of McLeansville, NC.; her grandchildren, Jason Atkins, Mitch Atkins (Madison), Taylor Atkins (Rubi), Matthew King (Megan) and Maegan Sampson (Don); her great grandchildren, Olivia Mae King, Meyer Atkins and Knox Sampson; and her stepgreat-grandson Jackson Biggs.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forbis & Dick Funeral Service - North Elm Chapel (1118 N Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

“Debbie, Deanna and family, I am truly so sorry about the loss of your mom, especially since I just lost mine. I guess we think our moms would live forever. She was a lot of fun and she is where Debbie got her laugh. I feel your pain as my own. I'm sorry I can't be there in person.
