We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2023, at the age of 91, Emma Jean Lowery of Greensboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Marshall M. Lowery; her sisters, Mary Lou Jefferson, Rosa Lee Simrel and Zula Woodfolk; and her brothers-in-law, Kermit O. Simrel and John Woodfolk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and devoted friends.
