Elizabeth Vance Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Vance of Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on November 19, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Cordle and Janice Cordle; her daughter Michelle; and her siblings, Roger Cordle, Pat Cordle and Randy Cordle.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Edward Vance, Sr.; her children, Minnie Maness (Allen), Jimmy Vance (Kathy), Kenny Vance (Debbie), Chris Vance (Lindsay) and Ben Vance (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Josh, Anna (Michael), Brittini, Maria (Daniel), Shannon, Kari, Hayden, Skye, Nicholas (Emily), Saylor, Conner and Spencer; her great grandchildren, Kenzi, Alex, Lillian, Wesley, Wyatt, Waylon, Harley, Logan, Amelia and Montez "Mo"; her brother Eddie; her sister-in-law Ethel Cordle; her sister Kathy Hubbard; and her siblings-in-law, Rodney, Yeah Cordle, Jane Cordle and David Vance. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Testament Baptist Church (1404 W Vandalia Rd, Greensboro, NC 27406). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Salisbury National Cemetery (501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
