He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Welborn and Elizabeth Welborn; his children, Edgar V. Welborn, Jr., Randy Welborn and Debbie Ross; and his siblings, Warren Welborn, Wesley Welborn, Donald Lee Welborn, Vincent Welborn, Elizabeth McBride and Wayne Edward Welborn (Bonnie).
He is survived by: his wife Sherri Welborn; his children, Teresa Ellington (Timmy), Lori Nelson (Steve) and Matthew Corbin Martin (Jordan); his siblings, Lewis Welborn (Louise) and Rebecca Holmes (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Jared, Michael, Nicholas, Ryan, Joseph, Danyale, Roxie, Samuel and Andrew. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
