He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cooper, Sr. and Florence Terpening Allen; and his brother William Allen, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Natalie Loftis Allen; and his children, Jennifer Allen, Susan Sughrue and John Allen.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Francis Episcopal Church (3506 Lawndale Dr, Greensboro, NC 27408).
In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to Guilford County animal shelter, Hospice, or St Francis Episcopal Church.
