She was predeceased by: her father Berry W. Coleman; and her grandparents, Luther, Lizzie Coleman, Ernest and Margaret McCoy.
She is survived by: her mother A. Ruthello McCoy; her sister Debra Kay Coleman; her uncle Ernest McCoy; and her aunt Mary Ann Coleman. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Oak Grove AME Zion Church (300 Lawrence St, Greensboro, NC 27406). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Guilford Memorial Park (6000 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407).
