With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Clara Morgan Cox (Greensboro, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bynum E. Morgan and Viola Angel Morgan; her siblings, Juanita Stone, Shirley Ingram, Linda Ward, Jimmy and Bobby Morgan; and her brothers-in-law, Joe Stone and Ray Ingram.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Pam, Marty, Melvin, Sylvia, Russell of Travis, RJ and Heather; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan, Emma, Levi, Raegan, Trace and Austin; her husband Ron; her sister Patricia Huffines (Maynard) of Matthews, NC; her brother-in-law Ralph Ward of Summerfield; her stepdaughters, Nicole Cox of Greensboro, NC and Rhonda Cox Carpenter of Saint Petersburg, FL.; and also McKenna.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lawndale Baptist Church (3505 Lawndale Dr, Greensboro, NC 27408). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (3901 Forest Lawn Dr, Greensboro, NC 27455).
