She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bunn Beaver and Cellia Maie Winberry Beaver; her husband Richard Lee Campbell; and her siblings, Frances "Fran" Ophelia Beaver Cuthbertson, Anne Maie Beaver Helfand, Guy Mack Beaver, Kenneth A. "Billy" Beaver and William "Buddy" Bunn Beaver, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Cellia "Celie" Ruth Campbell of Fairfield, CT and Richard Lee Campbell, Jr. (Tracey Willis Campbell) of Charlotte, NC; and her grandchildren, Evan Willis Campbell, Justin Peter Campbell and Nora Maie Campbell. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lakeview Memorial Park (3600 N O. Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405).
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Faith Presbyterian Church in Greensboro, of which Carolyn was a faithful member.
