He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Blaylock; his daughter Jennifer (Mike Berry); his grandchildren, Mason, Gray, Alex and Ryan; his daughter Ashley Pelzel (Miles Moen); his stepchildren, Hope and John; his stepgrandchild Riley; his stepchildren, Jackson and Nicole; his stepgrandchildren, Jax, Rita and Leo; his stepchildren, Taylor and Elizabeth; his stepgrandchildren, Graham and Parker; his stepdaughter Julianne; his sister Pelzel (Bruce McClintock); and his brother-in-law Jay Lumbert.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Experience Camps for Grieving Children in his memory.
