He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Johnson Emerson and Easley Fleetwood Emerson; and his siblings, Woody, Craig and Valerie Emerson.
He is survived by: his children, Dusti Power (Tim) of Climax and Daniel Emerson (Lucy) of Greensboro; and his grandchildren, Keelin, Jackson, Finn, Sullivan, Aaron and Benjamin.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Garden Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that any memorial contributions be made to Mercy and Grace Ministries; an organization so very dear to his heart and his family.
