Bonnie left this world on September 23, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gurney Venable and Bessie Gordon Venable. She is survived by: her children, Roger Smith (Libby) and Lisa Wheatley (Ray); her grandchildren, Ryan Smith (Nicole), Matt Smith, Emma Caroline Wheatley and Thomas Wheatley; and her great grandchildren, Harrison Smith and Graham Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Rich and Thompson Chapel (306 Glenwood Ave, Burlington, NC 27215). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
