He is survived by: his wife Kristy Buckner; his daughters, Ashley Lewis, Kaitlyn Buckner and Janet Denise Buckner; his sister Donna Miles; and his grandchildren, Mac Lewis, Addy Lewis, London Brandon, Elijah Sanchez, Isiah Lackey, Ariel Lackey and Bella Lackey.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Forbis & Dick Funeral Service - North Elm Chapel (1118 N Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Forbis and Dick North Elm Chapel (1118 N Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Lakeview Memorial Park (3600 N O. Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405).
