In loving memory of Barbara Ann Maness of Greensboro, North Carolina, who departed this world on October 9, 2024 at the age of 88. Barbara leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David "Coy" Haithcock and Elva Mae Haithcock. She is survived by: her nephew Homer Haithcock (Joy); her great-nephew David Haithcock; and also, Dean Haithcock, Orvis Haithcock (Carol) and Briana Brown.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Good Hope Baptist Church (201 NC-62, Greensboro, NC 27406). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at the Lakeview Memorial Park (3600 N O. Henry Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27405).
