He is survived by : his daughters, Cathy Broderick (Keith), Pam Mitchell (Ron) and Bunny Mitchell (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jennifer Smith (Dana), Stephanie Eberenz (Steven), Rebecca Whitworth (Jeff), Jon Mitchell (Laura Sommer), Matthew Broderick (Whitney) and Allison Oklesh (Steven); and his great grandchildren, Katelyn Calhoun, Storm Calhoun, Charlotte Eberenz, Eli Whitworth, Nate Whitworth, Lyla Whitworth, Rachel Elliott, Ava Elliott, Rhett Broderick, Reeves Broderick, Ivy Oklesh and Autumn Oklesh.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Summerfield Farms (3203 Pleasant Ridge Rd, Summerfield, NC 27358).
