She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Valines-Torain and Nannie Valines-Torain; and her husband James L. Robertson. She is survived by: her daughters, Ernestine Durbin (Dan) of Campobello, Mary Louise Huntley (Boris) of Charlotte, N. C., Delores Ann Shipmon of Alpharetta, Gwen Wilson of Dallas, TX., Gwendolyn Rivers of Green Level, N. C. and Janie Pearl Robertson of Burlington, N. C.; and her siblings, Cora Hester, Evangeline Dixon and Roosevelt Torain. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
