He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clemon Wilkins Sr. and Doris McBroom Wilkins; and his siblings, James Clemon Wilkins Jr., Harold Wilkins Sr. and Glenda Wilkins Sampson.
He is survived by: his son Gary Robert Wilkins Jr. of Pittsburg Pa; and his sister Vernell Watkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
