He was predeceased by: his parents, John Morgan and Lovey Panko Morgan; and his wife Susan "Suzie" Flick Morgan. He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Becker Cannon of New York; his brother Mike Mills of New York; and his grandsons, Jonny Scoble of Florida and James Cannon of New York.
