It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Herman Litschert (Grassy Creek, North Carolina), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 8, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Litschert and Ruth Leopold Litschert; his children, Meg and Dave; and his granddaughter Missy.
He is survived by: his children, John Litschert, II of West Jefferson, Brandy and Barbara Litschert of Charlotte; and his grandsons, Tom Miner II and Dave Miner. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
