She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lloyd and Lela Mae Massey Blevins; her husband Jones Nelson Testerman; and her siblings, Paul, Fred, Dean, Robert, James, R. L. Blevins, Ruth Blackburn, Mary Oliver and Violet Blevins.

She is survived by: her children, Christine Chandler of Charlotte, Richard "Rick" Blevins of Grassy Creek and Garry Blevins (Diane) of Lansing; her siblings, Larry Blevins (Bert), Rex Blevins of Lansing and Beryl Carter of Lansing; and her grandchildren, Amber Becker (Julian), Jesse Blevins and Jesse Dyer (Cindy). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family also wants you all to know that they wish that they could visit with you, but due to the pandemic, they would like to protect everyone, family, and friends as much as possible while still honoring her life.

Flowers will be appreciated, or memorials may be made to the family for the Blevins Cemetery maintenance, c/o Badger Funeral Home, PO Box 139, West Jefferson, NC 28694.
