She is survived by: her husband Milton Jack Rollins; her children, Phyllis, Jack Jr. (Susan) and Debbie (James); her grandchildren, Tara (Tommy), Brad (Heather), Wesley (Mallory), Karlie, Garrett (Kellie), Becky (Eric), Michael Chase (Christine) and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Madelyn, Alexis, Aubrey, Tade, Dylan, Carter Jo, Easton, Evelyn, Natalie and Henry; her brother Bobby Whitfield (Sue); and also Frodo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
