He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Audra and Susan; his sons-in-law, Jason and Patrick; his grandchildren, Jackson, Elliot, Olive, Maple, Vivian and Lincoln; and his sisters, Amy Spruill and Judy Rutherford.
