He was predeceased by: his sister Teresa Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Wanda B. Buck; his son Roy "Hugh" Buck III (Nichole); his parents, Roy Buck and Jackie Buck; his granddaughter Taylor Buck; his siblings, Ronnie Buck (Cindy), Ruthie Lee (Ronnie) and Lisa Smith (Todd); and his brother-in-law J. R. Barker (Kathy).
The family will receive friends and relatives following social distancing guidelines and while wearing masks, from 5 to 6 p. m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Reelsboro Pentecostal Holiness Church, 221 Neuse Rd., New Bern, NC 28560.
