He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Banks and Vene Banks; his former wife Betsy Banks; and his son Michael Banks. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis B. Banks; his son Dicky Banks (Bev); his stepson Freddie Ethel (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Tracy Crabill, Thomas Banks, Skyler Crabill, Amy Banks, Matthew Banks and Ryleigh Ethel. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
