She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Zongker and Ruby Zongker; and her siblings, Elvena Whitchurch, Sandra Whitman, Carol Brock and Duane Zongker.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Peele; her children, Tina P. Porter (Bobby) and Anthony Drew Peele; her siblings, David Zongker (Jaye) and Verna Smith; and her brother-in-law Larry Whitman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
