She is survived by: her husband Alton Edward Griffin Jr.; her sons, Alton Edward Griffin, III (Whitney Griffin) of Portland, TX, Jeremy Hunter Griffin (Melissa Ipock) of Arapahoe, NC, Richard Mark Griffin (Adrionna Tucker-Griffin) of New Bern, NC and Johnathan David Griffin (Tyler McLamb) of Arapahoe, NC; her goddaughter Lauren Ashley Lane of Roanoke, VA; her siblings, Michael David Day of Richmond, VA and Darlene Michelle Day of Grantsboro, NC; and her grandchildren, Alston Isaiah Griffin, Brooklyn Grace Griffin, Devin Troy Griffin, Amoriah Faith Griffin, Lethi May DeLeon, Camden Luke Griffin and Isaac Emmanuel Griffin.
