She is survived by: her children, Carla Daley of Vanceboro, Theresa Miller Royal and Vernon Arthur Miller; and her siblings, George D. Rouse, Jr. and Betty Lou Rouse-Kowanic. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many extended family.
