She was predeceased by: her husband Adolph Slade; her son Tommy Slade; her parents, Tim Stembridge and Mary Stembridge; her siblings, Dorothy Cuthrell, Betty Hegloch, Hattie Clement, William "Bud" Stembridge and Jimmy Stembridge; and her parents-in-law, Cleo and Lizzie Slade.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike and Robert Howard; and her siblings-in-law, Barabara Stembridge and Marvin Slade. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
