We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2022, at the age of 82, Mary Whitmarsh Batson of Grantsboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Una Mackey and Ross Whitmarsh; her son Ross Joseph Roberts; and her sister Judith Lopez. She is survived by: her husband Roy Batson; her children, Harry Roberts (Debbie), Becky Miller (Danny), Joey Roberts (Joy) and Mitchell Roberts (Anna); her grandchildren, Sherry M. Riggs (Will), Bryan Miller (Jennifer), Neal Miller (Brittany), Chris Roberts (Connie), Megan Buck (Allen), Tammi Roberts and Morgan Spear (Jake); her great grandchildren, Macy, Summer, Taylor, Logan, Katie Lynn, Tyler, Ava, Jason, Laina, Tripp, Bodie, Whitton and Austin; and her great great grandchild Austin.
In lieu of flowers the family requested memorial contributions be made to Pamlico Rescue, PO Box 302, Bayboro, NC 28515.
