She was predeceased by: her parent Luby Edwards; her husband Louis E. Puckett, Sr.; her son Louis E. Puckett, Jr.; and her siblings, Luby Carl "L. C." Edwards, Sidney Edwards and Margaret Murchinson.
She is survived by: her parent Eula Creech Edwards; her sons, Ron Puckett (Via) of Kennels Beach and Ray Puckett (Suzanne) of Clayton; her daughter-in-law Ginny Puckett of Smithfield; her siblings, Donald Edwards (Joan) of Pikeville and Esther Merrill of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Amanda Puckett, Lauren Puckett, Will Puckett and Sarah Puckett; and her great grandchild Rocco Puckett.
