He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Smith Toler and Melissa Hopkins Toler; his brothers, Floyd James Toler, Jr. and Lester Ray Toler; and his significant other Bonnie.

He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Grey Griffin, Billy Floyd Toler (Kari), Albert Earl Martin, Joy Hope Toler and Mary Martin Hopkins (Ed). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.
