She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Pipkin and Viola Pipkin; and her sons, James Russell Boyette, Jr. and Joseph Westley Boyette. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Hopson Hart (Scott); her daughter-in-law Linda Boyette; her brothers, Floyd Earl Pipkin and Charlie William Pipkin (Edna); her grandchildren, Tina Gaskins Brooks (Harry), Joshua Skinner and Ariel Skinner; and her great grandchildren, Holley Brooks and Amarion Moore.
In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Reelsboro PH Church, 221 Neuse Rd, New Bern, NC 28560.
