He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel Barnes; and his grandparents, Hugh, Rachel Barnes and Jimmy A. Simpson. He is survived by: his parents, Hugh Barnes III (Judy) and Wanda Nipper (Ricky); his grandmother Judy Simpson; his siblings, Benjamin Michael Barnes (Brandy) and Laura Kathryn Canterbury; and his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Jordan, Lily and Violet.
