He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Bennett and Hazel Bennett of Grantsboro; and also Travis. He is survived by: his sister Joan Bennett (Randall Dawson) of Goldsboro; his nieces and nephews, Hugh Bennett (Alison) of Reelsboro and Kristal Bennett of Goldsboro; his brother Stanley Bennett of Goldsboro; his son Drew Bennett (Lauren Thatch) of Lakewood, CO.; his brother Eric Nyberg; and his friend Vicky West. He is also survived by many cousins and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Daniels-Sadler Funeral Home (52 Bryant St, Alliance, NC 28509).
