She was predeceased by: her mother Gladys Mayo Spain; and her siblings, Terri Lynn Spain, Billy and Bruce Spain. She is survived by: her father Odell Spain; her sons, Steven Odell Walker and Raymond Odell Walker; her grandchildren, Erin, Will, Kadie and Riley; and her aunt Libby Brinson.

In lieu of flowers the family suggested memorial contributions be made to Grantsbrook Nursing & Rehab Center, 290 Keel Rd., Grantsboro, NC 28529.
