He is survived by: his brother James E. Lyerly (Bettie); his niece Bonnie Benson Shaw; his daughter Candy Medinger; his nephews, Sonny, Randy Benson and Jay Lyerly; and also, Kathy Isenhour, Tracey Hutchins, Karen Keen and Lauri Gasell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
