She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Lambe and Flossie Hartley Lambe; and her husband James "Ford" Carr Morgan. She is survived by: her daughter Pam Vellines (Wayne) of Salisbury, NC; her granddaughter Janice Goodman (Tommy); her great grandchildren, Justin Goodman (Gracie) and Tyler Goodman (Jade); her siblings, Peggy Nail and Tommy Lambe of Mocksville, NC; and her caregivers, Teresa Norman, Sara Jarvis, Georgia Lynch, Shelia Lloyd, Trish Christy, Paula Wyatt, Lisa Threatt and Bobbie Butler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Powles Staton Funeral Home (913 W Main St, Rockwell, NC 28138). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
