He is survived by: his parents, Tyler Stephen Cook and Mindy Knox Cook; his sister Millie Cook; his grandparents, Jeff, Sandy Knox, Rick and Faye Cook; his aunts and uncles, Brian (Sarah Knox), Josh (Rachel Knox), Jenny (Scott Walker), Haley (Scott Skerjanec), Ben (Laura Cook) and James (Cook); his cousins, Audrey, Chloe, Michael, Carter, Elizabeth, Ezekiel, Lincoln, Merrick, Axel, Oliver, Theodore, Lily and Maggie; and his great-grandparents, Sylvia Knox, Alice Williams, Betty, Robbie Cook, Jim and Jean Stephens.
