She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulmont George Woodward and Minnie Catherine Douglas Woodward; her husband Bobby Donald Neel; her son James Louis Turner; and her great grandchild Ezekiel Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Turner and Belinda Smith (Bobby); her sister Faye Bumgarner; and her grandchildren, Terri Turner, Scott Turner (Tina), Brooke Bass (Selby), Amber Smith, Heather Smith, Johnathon Smith (Amanda), Joshua Smith (Brianna) and Davey Smith (Crystal). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
