She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Herald and Brudie Coffey Herald; her brother Adam D. Herald; and her pet Happy. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Wayne Whisnant, Jr. (Diane), Timothy Lee Whisnant (Sherry) and Ricky Allen Bolick II; her grandchildren, Dylan Whisnant, Emily Whisnant, Austin Whisnant, Logan Whisnant and Alexis Whisnant; and her brothers, Willie L. Herald, Wincie W. Herald and Johnny K. Herald.
